Black & Red Connoisseur Choice. Bottled in 1970's by Gordon & MacPhail, Elgin. Imported by Pinerolo, Torino, Italy
Bottle number 1383. Good label, missing neck label. Level: high to mid shoulder.
"...mid-ashy, mid-orangey, but also with much bigger notes of shoe polish and soot. There's also quite some 'good' soap...Gets then a tad metallic but also very salty and lemony again. Also a tad tannic. Finish: long, with again these metallic notes." (5 stars-Whiskyfun)
