Bottle number 684, 731, 765, 788, 958, 986, 987, 993, 1002, 1078, 1107, 1189. In original cartons 3 lightly worn with outter carton. Good labelling, all lightly bin-soiled labels, 3 missing neck labels. Level: into neck.
"...Mouth: very, very similar to the 34yo now, even if it's rather drier again. Same kind of saltiness. Now, it does display a little more oomph and a fuller body after a while, getting even sort of big. Very good 'resinous' touches (mastic, mint flavoured chewing tobacco – well, last time I tried that it was 30 years ago). Excellent notes of salted liquorice as well. Finish: longer and fuller than the 34, on mint tea, liquorice and a little gentian." (5 Stars-Whiskyfun)
