"...Mouth: big-big, smoky, wonderfully nutty and roasted and very gingery as well. Quite some lemon as well and then a lot of pepper. Grows a tad too powerful after a few seconds so let’s add water now (while the nose got more mineral and smoky): excellent development, it got creamier, oily, rich, wonderfully spicy (cloves) and orangey.
