"Ichi-go ichi-e" is a Japanese idiom that describes a cultural concept of cherishing any gathering that they take part in, citing that many meetings in life don't repeat. While the the idiom itself could be translated as "one time, one meeting", it is maybe best interpreted as "once in a lifetime".
