The Speaker Martin's special edition appeared in two editions. This one on offer is the older style released in the early 2000's when Michael John Martin, Baron Martin of Springburn, PC, was first elected Speaker of the House of Commons in 2000.
Both editions of this expression were available only from the House of Parliament Gift Store.

The expression was short-lived and was taken off the shelf following the Baron's forced resignation owning to his role in the expenses scandal, which, ironically, only adding more historical and collectable values to bottle itself.
