Nose: waxy, fresh, on juicy oaky, with some sweet and fresh fruity notes, and a touch of heather
Taste: light, fresh, juicy, slightly waxy, with some mustard, ginger, sea brine, apples and a touch of heather. Slightly thin. The finish is light, fresh, juicy, oaky, slightly mustardy, with some tobacco smoke and light heathery notes. Diluted, it becomes spicier and more mustard
Impression: a nice light and fresh Clynelish, with little wood influence allowing the character of the distillery to speak
