Nose: smoke, medicinal and phenolic. Tobacco, cherries, baked prunes. Adding some water became a bit pungent and more medicinal
Palate: sweet and smoked. Creamy and oily and a bit tannic. Cherries, walnuts a bit salty. Adding some water: sweeter and the sherry notes are more intense
Finish: long, spiced , smoked and dry Adding some water became longer with more spices and freshness
Notes: great balance between peated and sherried souls that time by time try to win against the other. To drink alone, with a cigar or paired with venison or beef goulash
