Bowmore - 40 year old - 1970 Cask Strength Collection Rare Reserve 70cl / 43.2%, Signatory bottling. What a very handsome and shiny wooden box this comes in. Behold it and marvel at its fine craftsmanship. The whisky contained within was distilled on the 15th September 1970 and aged for 40 years in Oloroso sherry butt number 4467 before bottling on the 25th October 2010. A release of 489 bottles all at natural cask strength. Delicious, ultra rare single cask Bowmore. Perfect label, very top shoulder
