1903年天津寄英國掛號封1件，貼倫敦版蟠龍5分四方連，俄國在華客郵10戈比2枚，蟠龍銷天津小圓戳，經牛莊，俄國客郵銷5月23日俄國駐牛莊NO13軍郵戳，而後進入俄國境內中轉，有6月30日英國到達戳，封口有完整火漆，保存完好，偽西伯利亞郵路開通前史前封，少見
