1948年南京衛生部寄濟南公文封1件，貼中信版孫像10分長框改作國幣5000元1枚，銷南京9月27日戳，因濟南於9月24日解放，郵路不通，因此作退件處理，蓋郵路阻斷無法前轉故退 南京郵局批副戳，有南京11日退回到達戳，保存完好
