China, Qing Dynasty, issued for Tibet, Half Szechuan Rupee, 5.24g, undated (1904-1912), Chengdu mint, (YZM 443-444; KM. Y #2; L&M 361), rather dirty with evidence of cleaning in obverse fields, very fine and scarce. According to Wang Chengzhi ("Sichuan Zang yang", ("Tibetan Silver coins of Sichuan"), China Numismatics, 1983.3, p.12-18 and plate 54), the Half-Rupee coins were struck by the Chengdu mint in 1904, 1905, 1907 & 1912
