1903 a specialised collection of Foochow bisect stamps on covers (33). In late 1903, transportation between Shanghai and Foochow was suspended because of the hurricane, and due to the shortage of 1c. stamp, Foochow post office cut the 2c. stamp diagonally to meet the need of 1c. stamp temporary usage, at the same time a square "Postage 1 Cent Paid" h.s. was made specifically to use on cancellation of bisect stamps, the bisected stamp used for only 3 days in that period. Some covers come with the certificate.


1903年福州蟠龍對剖票實寄封郵集一部，內含貼倫敦版蟠龍對剖票實寄封33件，含部分寄外埠自然實寄封，外埠封基本有到達戳，其中含郵資2分封2件。 1903年秋，上海至福州間交通因颶風暫停，福州郵政局因1分郵票售罄，不得不將2分票對剖當1分出售，以應臨時之需，同時刻製方形英文戳1枚，用於加蓋對剖票，以視識別，此對剖票行用時間僅3天，留存實物極少見。本郵集作者付出極大精力，珍品豐富，非常難得，請預覽，部分實寄封附鑑定證書
