HongKong & Shanghai Banking Corporation, archival photograph for an unissued $500 design, 14 March 1959, date unlisted noticeable differences in boarder, guilloche, font style, reverse building imaged from the left instead of from the right, previously unknwon signature combination Saunder and Turner who worked together at HSBC from 1955-58,
in PMG holder. A previously unknown proposed design with its unusual date and signatures. Interesting and important for any serious collector of the iconic Thomas Jackson $500.


1959年香港上海匯豐銀行500元檔案照片，無論是邊框，扭索飾紋，字體，背面銀行總行的方向都與最終發行之版別有區別，下方由Saunder及Turner簽署。此署名組合從未面世，據資料記載兩人僅限於1955-1958年間同時在銀行共事，時間短暫。非常有趣味性的一枚，該未被採納的設計絕對值得研究，‘光頭佬’之高端藏家更加不容錯過
