1861-65: GB/1f66 4/10; 1865 (11 Aug.) British consular envelope to Altona near Hamburg "via Marseilles" and rated "24" in red crayon with a good strike of the diamond accountancy handstamp in blue with a fine strike of German "F/39" in oblong with rounded corners struck over French "poss. angl. via suez" transit c.d.s. in red; the reverse bearing Hong Kong despatch c.d.s. in blue, two Hamburg c.d.s. and faint Altona arrival (2.11). There is some light soiling but a good double accountancy cover. Photo
