1936 (c.) large hand-made paper envelope address to London bearing the die proof of the 2/3 tr. blue (cliché 5) with ½tr. yellow [10] with bottom margin, 1tr. pale rose-carmine with bottom margin, 2tr. scarlet [3] with top margin and perforated 4tr. emerald [11] with bottom margin, each tied by bilingual Lhasa postmark; there is a vertical crease which runs through the 4tr. This is one of a series of covers containing Christmas cards which were sent by B.J. Gould (Sikkim and Tibet Political Office). Photo
