Foochow: 1899 (7 Apr.) neat opened-out envelope to Boston bearing, on the reverse, C.I.P. 5c. pair tied by a neat strike of Foochow Dollar dater with Shanghai Dollar dater (unclear), Yokohama and Boston (25.5) datestamps, the address side with Japan 10s. cancelled by Shanghai Japanese P.O. c.d.s. and a superb strike of the "I.P.O." tieprint.
