Also (11 May) envelope double registered to Singapore bearing, on the reverse, Sun Yat Sen $60,000 franking tied by Hai Nan Wen Chang c.d.s. with Canton (15.5) and Singapore (20.5) c.d.s.; a fragment is missing from the address side which should have included the additional franking to make up the rate.
