1940 (14 Oct.) envelope registered to New Zealand bearing $6.10 franking (one other adhesive missing) tied by Shanghai c.d.s. with the Par Avion etiquette and the registration label below, the reverse with Hong Kong registered c.d.s. (19.10) and Hong Kong censor seal; the flap is missing. An interesting cover as the usual air route to Bangkok had ceased and was either carried by CNAC to Rangoon or by sea to Singapore
