1946 (May) a group of three covers to America. with (15 May) air mail envelope to Boston bearing $280 franking tied by Shanghai c.d.s.; (17 May) air mail envelope to Canada bearing, on the reverse, $280 franking tied by Shanghai c.d.s.; (22 May) air mail envelope to Denver bearing $370 franking tied by Shanghai c.d.s., paying double air at the rate which should have been changed two days before.
