1936 (10 Aug.) envelope to Germany "By K.L.M. Air Mail Service/from Singapore to Germany" with special "by dutch airmail/ k.l.m. via singapore" etiquette and handstruck "By K.L.M." in mauve (applied in Shanghai) with 65c. franking tied by dotted Shanghai c.d.s., redirected on arrival to Switzerland, with faint Freiburg c.d.s. and, on the reverse, Wanger arrival (23.8); vertical folding crease. An interesting cover paying 25c. surface and 40c. air. This letter was mailed after K.L.M. had again started handling mail at intermediate stops on route. Photo
