1939 (30 Nov.) envelope from the International Red Cross in Kweichow to Stockholm bearing a mixed franking of $4.50 tied by the dotted despatch c.d.s. and straight-line "by air to london only", further despatch on the reverse along with Hong Kong c.d.s. (6.12); there is a glue stain at left and minor wrinkling. Pays double rate with the additional 25c. per 5gm for air to Hong Kong. Rate 1.1.2.6.
