Shanghai c.d.s. and bearing Shanghai Local Post 1893 ½c. black and orange pair cancelled by barred circle in red and just tied by the arrival c.d.s. and showing good strikes of Shanghai Local Post c.d.s. and "1S" in circle (inspector's handstamp) both in red.
