1912 (July) A sheet of the real estate contract of the Guangdong Financial Secretary of the Military Government of the Republic of China (There is a some hole in the contract). It is stamped with two big red official seals, "Guangdong Finance Secretary's Seal" and "Guangdong Nanhai County Seal". The original handwritten contract in February of the first year (1912) of the Republic of China is attached.
