1880 (1 Apr.) envelope to London "Per English Mail" bearing 1880 10c.. on 12c. blue tied by "S1" obliterator in black with Shanghai despatch c.d.s. alongside and London Paid (7.5) with error "08" for "80" at foot, the reverse with Hong Kong transit (5.4). A very good cover, these surcharges are scarce on cover and this is a very early date of use. Photo
