1865 (11 Aug.) yellow envelope to U.S.A. bearing 2c. brown, 4c. grey (wing margin), 8c. pair and 24c. tied by "B62" in blue, with rate marks in red crayon, London Paid (6.10), "5/cents" accountancy handstamp and indistinct U.S. c.d.s., the reverse with a fine strike of the Hong Kong despatch c.d.s. code "C" in blue. Over pays the 45c. British packet rate via Southampton. A delightful and stunning four-colour franking. Photo
