Dollar Daters: Tsingkianpu: 1903 (Dec.) envelope to London bearing, on the reverse, I.C.P. 1c. (9, one torn out along with the French stamp) cancelled by two good strikes of the non-standard Dollar Dater with manuscript date insertion, a light strike of the Chinkiang bilingual c.d.s. (3.12) and London arrival (14.1), the address side with French P.O. Shanghai (1.12) and London c.d.s. There is some light soiling and the tragic loss of one stamp. Photo
