1897 (Aug.) envelope to Germany bearing Large Figures, Wide Setting 10c. on 12ca. tied by Tientsin pa-kua with an indistinct strike of the Dollar dater alongside, with France "Chine" 25c. tied by "shang-hai/chine" c.d.s. and, on the reverse, Shanghai Dollar dater (19.8) and Neustadt arrival (27.9) plus paper seal of the Japanese legation. 1897年8月寄德國實寄封，貼慈禧壽辰紀念大字長距洋銀壹角蓋於壹錢貳分票，銷天津八卦戳，旁蓋不明地方日戳，另貼法國客郵25仙票銷上海法國客郵戳，背蓋上海8月19日戳及德國諾伊施塔特9月27日到達戳，帶日本公使館簽條，少見郵資。
