(Pick 155b), PMG 65EPQ Gem Uncirculated. One of two notes in this highest grade in the PMG population report. In fact there are only 3 notes graded above 58EPQ, two in 65EPQ and one in 64. This grade is by far the best available and is not to be missed by the collector of Hong Kong notes!
