1904 (29 Sep.) picture postcard ('Loong-Hwa Pagoda near Shanghai') from Wei-Hai-Wei to England, bearing Q.V. 2c. horizontal pair cancelled by framed "PORT EDWARD/WEI-HAI-WAI" d.s. in violet, with Liu Kung Tau and part Shanghai c.d.s. alongside. Rare usage of Q.V. stamps at this office which was opened on 1/4/04.
