1947年遼北開源寄英國航空封1件，貼北平中央一版孫像50元5枚，國民大會紀念加蓋限東北貼用10元2枚，銷少見遼北開源城內5月3日戳，有英國5月26日到達戳，保存完好，國民政府佔領四平後，於47年設立遼北省，49年新中國成立後遼北省廢除，遼北省省名僅僅存在2年，銷遼北省郵戳郵件非常少見，且此封為遼北省設立初期使用之郵戳，非常罕見
