1931年英國寄甘肅平涼實寄封1件，貼英國郵票3枚，銷英國7月9日及蓋戳，郵件在中國經多次改退中轉，有天津，上海，32年2月平涼等地中轉戳及到達戳，郵件因破損四周貼中華郵政代封票多枚，保存完好
