1922 (10 Jul.) red band cover to Shansi bearing on reverse Junk "For use in Sinkiang" 4c. and 6c. cancelled by Kitai bilingual c.d.s., showing alongside Lanchow (29.7), Taiyuan(12.8), arriving Sinchow (13.8) c.d.s., censored and resealed by the Concurrently Governor of Sinkiang Province and Ki-Tai County Inspection and Planning Committee of Member.


1922年新疆奇台寄山西忻縣紅條封1件，貼北京一版帆船限新省貼用6分4分各一枚，6分為公事打孔票，銷奇台7月10日腰框戳，郵件經檢查，封口處貼新省兼奇縣檢查重封條，騎縫蓋檢查員名章，經蘭州，太原中轉，依次有蘭州7月29日英漢腰框戳，太原8月12日英漢腰框戳，及忻州13日到達戳，保存完好
