1916-30年新疆境內寄迪化實寄封2件，分別貼北京一版及二版帆船加蓋限新省貼用各面值郵票，其中一件1930年貼二版帆船3分2枚，銷新疆烏什縣6月6日中文腰框戳，8日經綏定中轉封經烏什縣及迪化兩次開封檢查，分別貼迪化檢查重封條及蓋烏什縣檢查重封章，整體保存完好
