1962-1995 A collection of "Use work instead of relief" coupons from all over China, including Hubei Province, Henan Province, Anhui Province, Shaanxi Province, Jiangsu Province, Gansu Province, Wuhan City, etc. There are more than 140 pieces. Note: The "Use work instead of relief" is a rural poverty alleviation policy. Relief recipients receive labor compensation (salary) for participating in the construction of the state-arranged project, which replaces direct relief.
