The Hankow Special Municipal Administration issued a business license to the enemy (Germany, during the First World War, China followed the United Kingdom and the United States, and regarded Germany as a hostile country). This certificate was printed in both Chinese and German. The official seal was also affixed for verification. . Rare historical materials of the First World War in China. The certificate is folded and the top is broken.
