2015 (15 Feb.) the first edition of "Shanghai Local Post-Stamp Issues and Postal History" edited by Wang Feng Quan, full set of four volume of hard-covered books (with the original cover), and is printed in color. It is a masterpiece for the study of Local Post Stamps. Well preserved.
