1952年由美國H.D.S.HAVERBECK所著《西藏郵票及郵政史》專著一冊，書內詳細介紹西藏所發行各版地方郵票，蟠龍加蓋郵票，西藏地方郵政郵戳，英國駐西藏郵政郵戳，及清代郵戳，郵資，郵路等內容，圖文並茂，資料性極強，保存完好，此書可能是最早出版之專門研究西藏郵政史之專著，非常少見
