1905-08年牛莊寄出明信片3件，其中兩件寄上海，一件寄英國，分別單貼倫敦版蟠龍5分或1分郵票，銷牛莊小圓戳，郵路清晰，中轉戳齊全，其中1件牛莊小圓戳年份字釘倒置變體，整體保存完好，清代東北寄出郵件少見
