Netherlands East Indies token coinage (Indonesia), 10 cents (1890-92), proof in silver, NGC PF 64, Aer Kesoengei Estate (Asahan Sumatra), VIP PROOF IN SILVER (normally brass) (R4),
(Sch-cf.1012), (LaWe-11), ( LaBe 9), (NGC Cert # 5921094-001). Pedigree: Acquired prior to 1977. The information on the envelope

implies a cost of only ca.$50, but numerous other tokens purchased in

this same period show the same cost. Accordingly it would appear that

a collection or acquisition of a number of pieces simply had the total

cost averaged at $50. Regretfully the real cost of the piece is not

recorded.
