(Pick 4b), PMG 30 Very Fine. PMG states this note is 'Trimmed' but this is not the case as the note exactly the same size as similar notes. The printing on the obverse is slightly shifted upwards. A rare note in original condition and only 4 notes graded higher in the PMG population report
