We estimate that only 400 stamps (16 sheets) were issues; of these only 7 appear to have been purchased by collectors and remain in unused condition. There are insufficient examples of either the first or third printing to be able to reconstruct the surcharge sheets. The varieties of three appear on the right hand pane and our records suggest that only three of these sheets used the right hand surcharge pane.
