1947 Declaration of prostitute closure and 1949 Application for receiving prostitutes. After the founding of new China, This legal prostitute certificate has become a history, and a rare collectible item.


1947年罕見歸綏市妓女歇業申報書及1949年歸綏市妓女請領許可執照申請書各一份. 妓院一般上都統一由警察局管理, 故此 「妓女請領許可執照申請書」上面除了寫清姓名 (王淑琴), 年齡, 籍貫, 為娼原因等信息之外, 還貼有照片及簽字及套取指模. 這類申請都是女性自願的, 當娼理由不外乎貧窮為主, 申請書均先提交警察局再轉呈市政府備案. 登記後, 妓女的活動就可受警察保護. 而妓女王桂花的歇業申報書的歇業原因就竟是填上 "逃跑", 而且向去向不明. 當然没有妓女王桂花的簽名, 只有 "樂户" (妓院) 雙全堂提出申請了, 不過亦需要貼上照片以認証. 到新中國成立後妓女部全部從良, 這種合法妓女証書已成絕響, 流傳至今皆為罕見之物.
