1919 Shanghai Clean-up Shatian Bureau issued the "Practice Certificate for Clean-up Salt Field" to Hu Xiaoquan, a householder in Nanhui County. There are several large official seals on it, including "Clearing the Security of Jiangsu Shatian Bureau", "Nanhui County Seal", "Ministry of Finance Seal", etc., kept intact and in excellent condition. It is rare.


1919年上海清理沙田局頒發南滙縣業戶胡肖銓 "清理鹽田執業憑證" 上有數枚大型官印, 包括 "清理江蘇沙田局之關防", "南滙縣印", "財政部印"等, 保存完整, 品相極佳. 少見.
