1915 Official document of Xinjiang Military Patrol, printed in Chinese and Arabic, with the official seal of Xinjiang Civil Affairs; The content is to avoid the burden on the people, Order the relevant taxation officials to only accept official votes from the people, but not to collect silver and "red money". Therefore, officials will be sent to inspect and supervise. This document was also sent to the relevant officials in Luntai Yarkand by registered post in 1919. It is well preserved and very rare.


1915年將軍銜督理新疆軍務巡按使公文, 以漢文及阿拉伯文印製. 再蓋上新疆民政官印; 內容是以免百姓加負擔, 命令有關徵税官員只收百姓官票而不能收銀元及紅錢, 因而會派官員巡視監督. 此公文亦於1919年以掛號到莎車府輪台有關官員. 帶有掛號收據. 保存完好, 十分罕見.
