1893 a sheet of passport issued to Fu Tingzhen by the Frontier Department with large offical seal. Rare. Note: Chuan Tingzhen, a Hubei native, once studied in Japan to study the law, was the legal and civil servant after returning to China, and served as the chief prosecutor of the Henan Provincial High Court. This passport is the way Fu Tingzhen traveled to Yantai, Shandong by boat when he went to study in Japan.


1893年 (光緒十四年) 管帶靖邊前路右營步隊發給傅廷楨護照一份. 護照上蓋有 "管管帶靖邊前路右營步隊鈐記" 紅色官印. 註: 傳廷楨, 湖北人, 曾留日本習法律, 回國後為法政舉人, 曾任河南省高等法院首席檢察官. 此護照即為傅廷楨前往日本留學時, 坐船到山東烟台轉船的沿途護照. 品相中上, 罕見.
