1857 the original albumen print stereo photo of Canton General Mukedene, photographed by Swiss photographer Pierre Joseph Rossie. Very good quality and very rare. Note: Pierre Joseph Rossier (1829-1897), Swiss, is the earliest known photographer to take pictures of Chinese landscapes and publish commercial photographs; he came to Hong Kong in July 1858, followed to Canton, and returned to United Kingdom in April 1859 , we believe this photo was taken during his stay in Canton; Mukhdene, a soldier in the first year of Daoguang. In the 6th year of Xianfeng (1856), he served as a general in Canton. Photo size: 15 x7.5cm


1857年瑞士攝影師羅西耶(Pierre Joseph Rossier) 攝影的廣州將軍穆克德訥立體蛋白原版老照片, 品相甚佳, 極罕見. 註: 羅西耶(1829-1897) 瑞士人，是目前已知最早拍攝中國景物并發行商業照片的攝影師; 1858 年7 月他來到香港, 跟著轉而前往廣州, 1859 年4 月回到英国, 相信此照片該是他逗留於廣州時所攝; 穆克德訥, 道光元年武舉人. 咸豐六年(1856年)任廣州將軍. 第二次鴉片戰爭時，英法聯軍攻破廣州, 穆克德訥與廣東巡撫柏貴等投降, 成為英法組成的聯軍委員會傀儡. 穆克德訥在同治十年 (1871年) 逝世.
