A Cargo Declaration Form under the Japanese occupation, Hong Kong merchants must regularly report the storage conditions of the goods to the Governor of the occupied territories of Hong Kong to facilitate the control of the materials. The declaration form has the signature of the applicant and the guarantor and their seals.


1942 (昭和十七年) 在庫貨物申告書一份, 日治下香港商人要定期向香港佔領地總督部申告貨品的存倉情況, 以方便控制的物資. 申告書上有申告人及保證人的簽各輿蓋印章.
