1965 (23 Mar.) official letter sent to Yuen Long with a red postage paid machine c.d.s. and the front of the cover is stamped with the rare "Keep the streets clean, please use the waste paper box" promotional stamp; this is stamped on the official letter of the Education Department. Rare; thus as this was generally only stamped official letters of the Municipal Affairs Bureau or the Department of Health.


1965年3月23日政府公函寄元朗, 蓋紅色郵資已付機戳, 封正面另蓋有少見"保持街道清潔, 請用廢紙箱" 宣傳戳. 此戳蓋於教育司署的公函上, 尤其罕見; 一般只蓋於市政署或醫務衛生處的公函上.
