1965年西藏聶拉木寄尼泊爾掛號封1件，貼紀71開國大典等郵票7枚，合資54分，銷聶拉木11月8日小型海關日戳，另貼國際掛號條，有尼泊爾到達戳，郵戳清晰，保存完好，紀71郵票西藏使用少見
