1960年天津本埠實寄封1件，貼普8.4分1枚，銷少見天津5民7月4日紫色膠質日戳，為六十年代初民辦郵局專用日戳，有落地戳，收信人為著名音樂家袁景蘭先生，郵戳清晰，保存完好，民辦郵局興起於大躍進時期，全國各地均有出現，因其存在時間極短，留存實寄封非常少見
